Cofound your startup in 10 weeks, with an active fund watching from day one.
A live, virtual program that connects you to a pool of vetted co-founders, gets you to a working MVP, and puts you live in front of the GPs deciding where Gentech Fund’s capital goes next. Most founders spend a year chasing that, you get it in ten weeks.
We screen for fit before you apply. It keeps the cohort strong and saves you a wasted application.
From week one, you’re in the driver’s seat of your company. As the founder, you define:
At graduation, you present live to Wolver Ventures’ Gentech Fund Investment Committee, a direct introduction to the GPs who decide where the fund’s capital goes next. From there, the relationship stays warm: as you build toward a working product and your first clients, you keep informal access to the same GPs for continued support. When you’re ready, that’s where your formal pitch for investment happens — including for companies based and registered in the US. Most teams aren’t fundraising-ready at graduation, it’s expected and exactly what the ongoing support is for.
Ten weeks. A hand-picked co-founder team. Vertical-specific validation from the CISO and Financial Technologies Advisory Committees. A program built to get you to a working MVP. And a live demo to the GPs of an active fund.
No equity taken for the program itself, and no hidden costs. If Gentech Fund offers to invest at graduation, terms are negotiated separately and accepting is entirely your call. If you decline the investment or aren’t selected for the program, there’s no further obligation.
Whether or not you receive investment at graduation, the assets you build have standalone value.
Two standing committees of practitioners, built to pressure-test your idea and open doors as you build.
A 10-member committee of practicing security leaders from mid-sized companies. They stress-test your idea and give you the kind of feedback a generalist mentor can’t, for every cybersecurity-adjacent founder in the cohort.
Software, investment banking, and financial services experts brought together to give FinTech, InsurTech, and RegTech founders equivalent practitioner-level validation.
A weekly, live-online program with structured milestones, from kickoff to graduation.
Meet your cohort and set your goals for the next 10 weeks.
Explore the co-founder pool and find who you build with, aligned on skills, values, and commitment.
Define your ideal customer profile and sharpen your value proposition.
Validate assumptions through structured customer conversations.
Adjust your value proposition based on customer feedback.
Pricing strategy, go-to-market timing, and market positioning.
Three-year cashflow projection and investor valuation metrics.
Build your MVP with expert guidance, fast, and avoiding common mistakes.
Craft an investment-ready deck. Learn what GPs and angels look for.
Present live to Wolver Ventures’ GPs and invited investors, your entry point into the capital pipeline.
Each cohort is balanced across CEO, CTO, CMO, and CFO profiles, so you’re working alongside people who complement you, not duplicate you.
~70% of participants come in with a business idea. The rest find theirs through collaboration.
Access business angels, C-level executives, and industry experts throughout the program.
No relocation required. Build with a co-founder in another market entirely, and bring their local talent, customers, and investor access into your company from day one.
If your first attempt doesn’t land, you can re-enter the next cohort at no extra cost.

“I was at a turning point in my professional career, looking for a way to regain momentum and build something meaningful. Thanks to the Wolver Launcher program, I found not only the motivation to move forward but also the right mindset, practical tools, and guidance to launch my own business.
The program helped me gain clarity, structure my ideas, and turn them into a concrete project. More importantly, it gave me the confidence to take action instead of waiting for the ‘perfect moment.’”
“Feedback from the sessions was direct and valuable. Sessions helped me to assess a potential pivot for my idea/strategy. Wolver Launcher helped me to increase my network in the cybersecurity ecosystem.
Now I am working alongside Gentech Fund GPs to concretize the investment as soon as I finalize my product and keep on growing my customer base.”
“The Wolver Launcher helped me to refine my idea and added critical skills in my team with another experienced member. Feedback was honest and powerful.
I graduated in June 2026 and I am advancing in closing my funding round for my startup Hawkish. Definitely recommended!”
1–2x/week, live online, roughly 2 hours per session. Exact time per session TBC within 8am-12pm. It will be optimized for US, Canada and Latin America time zones.
No. Wolver Launcher is fully virtual by design. You can participate from anywhere and there’s no relocation requirement at any point in the program.
No, but you’ll need to be available for sessions sometime within the 8am–12pm window, exact time still being finalized and optimized for US, Canada, and Latin America time zones. The program is open to applicants anywhere in the Americas, and co-founding with someone in a different city or country is fully supported.
Yes. ~70% of participants arrive with a business idea already in hand, and existing teams of 2–3 can apply together. You can find additional co-founders if needed, network with founders, mentors, advisors, and potential investors, as well as use sessions to pressure-test decisions you’ve already made, and gain new frameworks to help you scale.
Yes. You’re still welcome and fully supported through the program. It isn’t our core lane, though, so we’ll advise you on where and how to engage the right investors. Additionally, the CISO and Financial Technologies Advisory Committee validation won’t apply the same way. Note that WV verticals might cover more startups than you think.
Yes, it’s a deliberate part of the design because finding your best match matters more than proximity. Being fully virtual keeps the co-founder pool open across geographies who’d otherwise never cross paths. Distributed co-founders can also gain access to better and lower-cost talent, networks and customers across multiple markets, and access to different government support and investors.
The inscription fee ($1,100 individual / $900 per person for teams) is the full cost of the program: no equity, no hidden fees. If you reach graduation and Gentech Fund chooses to invest, standard investment terms apply, and it’s entirely your choice to accept. If you don’t receive an offer, or decline one, there’s no further obligation.
Graduation is a live demo to the Gentech Fund GPs, not a funding decision. Most teams at that stage don’t yet have a working product or first clients, and that’s expected. The relationship continues informally from there, and when you’re ready (product built, early clients onboarded) that’s when the formal investment pitch happens.
Yes, Gentech Fund can and will invest in companies based and registered in the US. There’s no geographic restriction tied to incorporation when it comes to receiving investment.
Applications close September 5, 2026. Cohort starts September 9, 2026. 20–40 seats, filling on a rolling basis.
